Alamo Speech Solutions, PLLC is a private adult based speech therapy company, serving the local San Antonio area. Alamo Speech Solutions was founded by Courtney Cargil, with the hopes of reaching the San Antonio adult population who suffer from cognitive communication deficits following stroke, Parkinson’s, dementia/Alzheimer’s, TBI, post-concussive syndrome, COVID brain fog, and other diseases that can affect an individual’s ability to live daily life. We offer comprehensive assessment and treatment plans from a licensed speech-language pathologist for each patient to address their individual goals. We thrive on making our therapy person-centered and functional, which has been shown to promote the best generalization of goals from therapy to everyday life. We are currently providing home visits, community visits, and tele-therapy at this time.
